About Me…
My name is Myriam, and I am a graduate from the Georgetown University program in Health and Wellness. With over a decade of international experience learning how different people seek happiness and flourishing, I have realized the solution is often found in self-empowerment. I’m here because I want to help you find your way.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in public relations from the Tunon International School in Paris. Before becoming a health and wellness coach, I worked in the PR and communications industry. However, I soon realized that my vocation was not in PR and communications but in coaching, as I found myself helping people around me discover what was important to them. That’s how I found out that my true gifts lie in helping others.
As your health and wellness coach I will be your ALLY and PARTNER to guide you so that you can FLOURISH in this world. And I deeply believe in this: you have what it takes!
We all have our own path in life, and I want to help you DISCOVER what that path looks like and what your calling is. A Wellness Coach offers the tools to foster the discovery of your goals and then works with you to develop a PERSONALIZED PLAN that takes into account your body, mind, and soul. This approach enables you to rediscover an intimacy with yourself in order to live out your full potential joyfully.
Many things can keep you from your happiness, from being your IDEAL self. Don’t let limiting beliefs, high levels of stress, different life traumas, or whatever else is holding you back stop you from flourishing. This program has taught me a well-rounded expertise on key health and wellness concepts. It emphasizes the importance of wellness-oriented coaching, the psychology of behavior change in a health context, and the fundamentals of chronic disease. This experiential learning has prepared me to care for the whole person.

Nutritherapy Practitioner Certified from AMCC
I am a certified nutritherapist from the Nutritherapy Practitioner Program at Alternative Medicine College of Canada. The program focuses on holistic nutrition with focal points on vital hygiene, health education, and nutrition. This global approach incorporates emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects to create a personalized state of well-being for long-term health.
I am currently in training to become a certified Caycedian sophrologist. Sophrology is a stress-management therapy that has been used since the 1960s in France, Switzerland, and a few other European countries. It helps each of us develop a serein conscience through relaxation and activation techniques that stimulate the body and the mind. It includes components of meditation, mindfulness, breathing, visualization, phenomenology (the study of consciousness) and dynamic relaxation exercises (exercises in slow movement).
M-CODE Trained & Certified
Following the M-CODE model, I want to help you find your why. I want to help you find motivationally-focused solutions for better health and wellness. By understanding how you are uniquely motivated, I can better serve you mentally, emotionally, and physically. Motivation has a huge impact on a person’s overall health and M-CODE can help you find a critical wholistic approach to your health and wellness.
