      <image:caption>I am currently in training to become a certified Caycedian sophrologist. Sophrology is a stress-management therapy that has been used since the 1960s in France, Switzerland, and a few other European countries. It helps each of us develop a serein conscience through relaxation and activation techniques that stimulate the body and the mind. It includes components of meditation, mindfulness, breathing, visualization, phenomenology (the study of consciousness) and dynamic relaxation exercises (exercises in slow movement).</image:caption>
